Wolfsong informatics is a market leader in the development of customized educational solutions. We focus on delivering innovative products that creatively expand boundaries of learning. Supported by research, each Wolfsong product promotes critical thinking accomplished through a dynamic learning model that joins education, business, and technology. Our efforts showcase a shared vision for providing high-performance applications that personalize every interaction. Our full-featured integration options offer the flexibility and scalability that provides dynamic content, learning assessment modules, student development plans, and a reduction of faculty grading time.

Wolfsong’s products are targeted to the academic undergraduate market as well as the professional markets. We focus on Healthcare, Health Science and the Life Sciences, and we offer 7 product lines. As an example of our reach, our most successful product offering to date, Nursing Virtual Excursion II, reaches over 40,000 nursing students per year.

History
The inspiration of Wolfsong was planted in 1998. Much like a learning tree, it has its roots deep in the academic world. Founders Dr. Jay Shiro Tashiro PhD, RN and Dr. Ellen Sullins PhD, MA, LPC have each spent over 20 years in academic research and teaching in the life and social sciences. Accruing over $15 million of research funding and development grants in a 15-year period, this research and teaching experience flourished into evidence-based models for improving educational outcomes. These nurtured models subsequently led to effective educational products which are now on the market. Wolfsong maintains on-going interdisciplinary research to provide a foundation for new sets of evidence-based models to be grown.
